Glenn Murcutt:
Born in London but an Internationally recognised Australian Architect, Glenn Murcutt has won numerous awards for his designs. The awards include; 1992 Australian Institute of Architects Gold Medal, 2002 Pritzker Prize and the 2009 American Institute of Architects Gold Medal. Glenn Murcutt is known for his environmentally friendly Architecture that blends in with its geographic surroundings. Glenn pays special attention to the movement of the sun, moon and seasons, and designs his buildings to harmonise with the movement of light and wind.
